Requirement/ Eligibility
For open candidates 18 years and above
For admission in the course, it is suggested/desired that the candidate should have passed 10th standard / secondary school certificate from a recognized board or equivalent. However, The Yoga Traveler institute can define their own eligibility
Brief Role Description
Certified Yoga Professionals after completing our Basic Teachers’ Training Course (200 Hours) In Yoga Education can teach basics of Yoga / common Yoga protocol developed by the Ministry of AYUSH for prevention of diseases and promotion of health. They can conduct Yoga practice/classes in parks, societies etc.
Personal Attributes
The job requires individual to have good communication skills, time management skills and ability to understand the body language of the trainees. The job requires individual to possess key qualities such as self-discipline, confidence, maturity, patience, compassion, active listening, time management, empathetic, language proficiency.
Duration & Syllabus
200 Hours (in 3 month, ~ 13-15 weeks) followed by Practical and Theoretical Evaluation
We follow the syllabus of Yoga Protocol Instructor certification defined by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India

Theory (3 days a week [Tue-Thu-Sat], 4-5 Hours in a week, Total 60-70 Hours, 11:45 AM onwards)

End of the Course, students need to appear for both Theory and Practical Examination (Offline) within 15 days calendar days

Examination: Pass Marks for the examination 75% in both Theory and Practical
-
Retry: Students are allowed for 1 retry in case of score 75% in Theory and Practical separately, within 10 days of publication of result
-
For successive retry students need to pay Rs. 500 for retry for each Theory and Practical (maximum retry allowed is 3 times excluding initial examination), within registration period

Successful Completion of Course and Examination Certificate (Hard Copy) will be provided
